Purchase terms

The terms below govern your purchases of IPTV subscriptions, boxes and accessories from NXT IPTV. We ask you to read them before you order.

1. Who we are

Purchases made through nxtiptv.co are covered by these purchase terms.

Our customer support can be reached by email at [email protected] or by any of the contact methods shown on the Contact Us page.

2. When these terms apply

The terms cover the purchases you make through nxtiptv.co as a consumer.

Our range includes, for example:

  • Subscriptions delivered digitally
  • Boxes for IPTV
  • Accessories
  • Bundles that combine equipment and subscriptions

When you complete an order, you accept the terms that apply at the time of the purchase.

3. Pricing

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are given in euro (EUR).

The price that applies to your purchase is the one shown at checkout when you complete the order.

If shipping costs apply to physical products, they are shown at checkout before you complete the payment.

Promotional prices, where offered, apply for the period or under the conditions stated for the offer in question.

4. Ordering and your customer account

Placing an order may result in a customer account being created with the email address you enter.

In My Account you can, for example, see details of your orders and subscriptions.

It is your responsibility to make sure that the details you give us are correct.

Among other things, this covers:

  • Your email address
  • Your contact details
  • Your delivery address
  • Your username
  • Your MAC address or other device details, where these are required

Wrong details may delay delivery or stop the service from being set up correctly.

Once your order is complete, we send you an order confirmation that includes your order number.

5. How to pay

The payment methods you can use are shown at checkout.

Subject to the order and to availability, you may for example pay with:

  • Card
  • Klarna
  • Revolut
  • Bitcoin

External payment providers handle card payments and other electronic payments. Complete card details are not stored by us.

Klarna

A Klarna payment may sometimes need extra processing time before it is confirmed in our system.

There are cases where this may take up to 24–36 hours.

We process the order when the payment has been confirmed.

Bitcoin

If you choose Bitcoin as your payment method, the payment details appear directly at checkout.

They include:

  • The order's Bitcoin address
  • The exact amount in BTC
  • A QR code
  • The payment status

The Bitcoin address is unique to this order and must be used for this order alone.

The payment request is valid for the time shown on the payment page.

We process the order when the payment has been registered and has received the confirmations it requires.

Once sent, a Bitcoin transaction normally cannot be cancelled or reversed.

6. How digital subscriptions are delivered

We process digital subscriptions after the payment has been confirmed.

When the order is ready, your subscription details are normally sent to the email address you gave when ordering.

Delivery is usually automatic, but how long processing takes may vary with the payment method and technical circumstances.

If the information has not arrived, these are the first things you should do:

  1. Make sure the payment has been confirmed.
  2. Look in your inbox.
  3. Look in your spam or junk folder.
  4. Make sure the email address you gave is correct.

If the order is fully processed and the information is still missing, you can get in touch with our customer support.

7. How boxes and accessories are delivered

We send physical products to the delivery address you gave when ordering.

The delivery options on offer, and any shipping costs, are shown at checkout.

We ask you to check the shipment when it reaches you.

Should the product be damaged or wrong, or should an item be missing, please get in touch as soon as possible and quote your order number.

8. Faults and complaints

Where a physical product is defective, you have the rights that applicable consumer protection law gives you.

Please let us know as soon as possible after you discover the defect, and give your order number.

Digital subscriptions are covered by the corresponding consumer protection rules that apply to digital services.

If the service does not work as agreed, please get in touch with customer support, so that we get the opportunity to look into the issue and resolve it.

Depending on the type and scale of the issue, you may have the right to remedies such as having the defect corrected, a price reduction or other remedies under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.

9. Using your subscription

Unless something else is stated for the product you bought, a standard subscription is meant for one connection at a time.

Products like Tvilling or Trilling may allow several simultaneous connections, as set out in the product description in question.

Without a separate agreement, the subscription may not be resold or put to commercial use.

Keeping your login details secure is your responsibility.

Where misuse is suspected, we may take reasonable steps to protect the service and the account.

Before we apply a permanent restriction, we will contact you where possible.

10. Channel lineup and content

Which channels and content are offered may change over time.

A single channel, a category or other content may:

  • Be newly added
  • Be modified
  • Get a new name
  • Be unavailable for a period
  • Be withdrawn

Our website shows the current channel lineup.

For this reason we cannot guarantee that a specific channel or programme stays available for the whole subscription period.

11. Service operation and availability

Among other things, digital services rely on internet connections, devices, apps, networks and external technical systems.

As a result, there may be temporary interruptions, maintenance or technical problems.

When the issue is within our control, we work to get the service back as quickly as possible.

Problems caused by the customer's internet connection, local network, device or a third-party app have to be troubleshot separately.

12. Customer support

You can reach customer support every day from 10:00 to 22:00 Swedish time through the contact methods on the Contact Us page.

When you get in touch with support, you should include:

  • Your order number
  • Which device you use
  • Which app you use
  • A clear explanation of the problem
  • Any error message you got

Passwords, recovery phrases, card details and other sensitive security information must never be sent.

13. Your personal data

Personal data is processed as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Read it here:

Privacy Policy

14. Resolving disputes

If you are not satisfied, we ask you to contact us first, so that we get the opportunity to try to sort the issue out.

Our contact details are on the Contact Us page.

These terms leave your statutory consumer rights unaffected.

15. Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated by us when needed.

An order that has already been completed is, as a general rule, covered by the terms that applied when the purchase was made.

You will always find the latest version of these terms published on our website.
