Some IPTV boxes are identified by a MAC address. It is unique to your box and may be needed to connect the service to it.
The MAC address is usually found:
You will not have the MAC address until the box arrives, and you do not need it to order.
TVIP: the box comes pre-programmed. When it arrives, enter its MAC address in My account next to your subscription, and it is activated.
Formuler: most users sign in to MYTVOnline with a username and password (Xtream Codes), so no MAC address is needed.
When you enter it in My account, type the address exactly as it appears on the box. If you bought your box from us, we are glad to help you set it up.
