There is no need to turn on every channel group. When you order, you select the groups that fit you.
After activation you can also change your channel groups in My account, where your subscription supports it. Your channel list stays tidy and shows only what you watch.
Adult content is optional, and you decide whether it is turned on. If you leave it off, those channel groups do not appear.
